Energy leakage
We tend to spend a huge amount of energy on work, communication, and daily tasks. It’s fine to feel tired and low in energy after a long day, that a fine rest and sleep can easily restore. But sometimes our energy losses become really excessive. Wasting time in ques and crowded transport, arguing with a colleague, tasteless food, and squabbling with your partner – what do these things have in common? Anger and irritation are the most energy-consuming feelings. Haven’t you ever noticed that you feel totally exhausted after a fit of anger? Much more exhausted than after an hour of intensive workout? Strong negative feelings are the real “vampires”.
Besides feelings, certain people can become the reason for losing energy. There’s no doubt they are called energy vampires. Even if you think it sounds more like a scary tale, you know there are toxic people that seem to steal all your positive vibes within just 15 minutes of talking. Such people drain your energy by feeding your willingness to listen and care for them.
In addition to these two factors, you can just be an empath or a naturally sensitive person. If you feel easily affected by negative situations or people’s reactions, it might be a sign that you have a high level of empathy.
How to protect your energy and recharge your inner batteries?
There are two essential steps you should take. First of all, get rid of emotional trash. It means to let go of all the negative feelings. Feeling anger and sadness is fine, we all are humans. However, if are feeling these emotions for a longer time, this stagnant energy can start destroying us from within.
What’s the key to relief? Throughout history, musical instruments of particular shapes and scales were noticed to have a healing effect. Percussions and especially, the handpans and tongue drums, can remove stagnant energy effectively. Their music is soft and has a healing effect.
The RAV Vast and RAV Pan with their perfectly shaped and tuned steel bodies create powerful and soothing vibrations. Stagnant energy can occur as blocks in different areas, channels, and organs. Physically you can feel them as tensions and pains. The vibrations of the RAV Pan and the RAV Vast drums can slightly remove these blocks. The RAV Vast energy protection ritual
Practicing this ritual at least once a week will help to break up the blocks inside your physical and mental body and allow the energy flows to resume.
1. Save the time for your session when nothing can disturb and you don’t feel any rush. If you live with a family, explain that you need some time and space for yourself.
2. Place yourself comfortably, take a deep breath, and set your mind up for the ritual.
3. Before you start working, imagine your body. How are you feeling physically? Maybe you have some pains. Scan and notice the trigger points, pains, and tensions but don’t let your thoughts take you away from your main aim. Just notice them and fix them in your thoughts.
4. Now imagine your mental body. If you’ve never done this before, you can feel it hard to do it for the first time. Don’t hurry. Just imagine the figure of light that replicates the shapes of your body. If you keep practicing this ritual you can start seeing black spots that correspond to the painful areas in your physical body.
5. Take the RAV Vast and start playing. Listen to yourself. How is the sound of each note resonating in your body? You can find the sound affecting some absolutely unexpected parts of your body. Feel the blocks and imagine the sound waves softly dissolving them and washing them away.
6. Now when you’ve got rid of stagnant negative energy, it’s time to fill yourself in with some positive and healing vibes. Work with visual. This will be a powerful reminder of your boundaries and control. Imagine an orb of light singing with the voice of your RAV drum surrounding and protecting you. While keeping playing, imagine yourself sealing off your spiritual energy field. There’s no need to create some specific melody. Let the drum guide you. The vibrations of the instrument will do all the job for you.
7. You can additionally work with your chakras (check out the full guide on how to bleed your energy centers).
8. Finalize your session, by getting back to reality with decaying vibrations of your RAV drum. A small tip here. You can choose a particular note (or combination of notes) to start and finalize your ritual. This way your body will easier get ready to start the ritual and understand when it’s done.
9. The next time you feel you are losing energy, recall the feeling of the singing orb. Keep yourself mindful to instantly turn your energy-protecting protocol on.
