Exchanging a product

You want to exchange the scale for another one

If you decide to exchange the scale within 30 days after the delivery, you can notify us vial hi@ravvast.com  or chat and send the existing scale back. However, all the transportation costs will be on you. The instrument must be in the same state as received, with no signs of usage, and in its original packaging. As soon as we get the instrument back, we will send you the one you have chosen.
