Payment and Delivery

We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

How to place an order?
1. Choose a tuning (scale) you like the best and press "add to cart";
2. Don't forget a case for your new buddy! You can choose different colours :)
3. In your cart, click "Checkout";
4. Type in your Shipping Address. Make sure to include your phone number so delivery will be convenient and smooth.

Part Payment plan
You can pay for your RAV in installments. The minimum amount for the first installment is $100 but it may be more if you want. If you want to use the Part Payment plan, please, contact us via livechat in the lower right corner or by email: hi@ravvast.com

Worldwide delivery
We ship anywhere around the world. Standard DHL shipping 10-28 days. If you want to receive the instrument faster, you can choose DHL Express (8-15 days). Delivery time depends on the destination country

Waiting time
The waiting time for your order depends on whether we have the tuning you ordered in stock.
For the tunings that are in stock it's about 2-4 weeks for delivering, while for the tunings that aren't in stock it's about 6-8 weeks long after placing the order.
The waiting time is approximate and can significantly change due to circumstances.

Customs clearance fee and other taxes
You may have to pay the customs clearance fee when your order comes. Please check your country's import policy to find out the amount of the fee and the other taxes.
