The first positive thing about this site was the human relationship with the staff. The answers, the great help and the service. The Rav I requested was shipped and arrived on time, the instrument well what to say, simply fantastic a clean sound and better than I had expected. The only problem is learning to play it. The scale is a good combination and has a good familiarity for me, neither too exotic nor too "new age".
