Your RAV PAN is an experimental model, it is very high quality. It is made of Dutch-made Ayasa Steel. Your RAV PAN has the Gu instead of the heartbeat. The Gu is a standard among the handpans.

According to the soundcheck, your RAV PAN was tuned well. We have a 5-step check before shipping. The Sympathetic Resonance is the normal feature of each RAV or PAN in that there are similar tones in the different octaves. In some cases, this feature may be heard clearly. In another case, this feature can’t be heard even in the same tuning.
