My yoga teacher tends to play the Golden Gate while we all do savasana to relax at the end of a session. It seems to be the easiest yoga exercise (as you just nap) but actually it’s one of the most challenging asanas. You need to quiet your body AND mind and it’s easier to say than to do. But the sound of RAV Vast makes it really easy to do. You are slowing down with each note and can actually see all your disturbing thoughts vanishing away. So I decided to take the C Golden Gate for myself to practice meditation at home. It’s an amazing instrument! |
