Refund and Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will like the product, but if our product did not meet your expectations, you can return the whole order or exchange the RAV for another scale within 30 days after receipt. 

Proceed as follows:

  1. To request a return, please email help@ravvast.com with your order number and your request.
  2. Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 15 days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done. Refund for you within 30 days after receiving the goods.
  3. This return policy applies to goods were receipt within 7 days. The cost of return shipping the goods that do not have sound defects/ damage on the surface and the payment for resending (in case of replacement with another drum) at the buyer’s expense.

If the Buyer refuses the product, the Seller shall return to the Buyer the amount paid by the Buyer under the agreement, except for the Seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned product from the Buyer and other related expenses, including customs fees and duties, no later than ten days from the date of the Buyer's submission of the relevant claim.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • If products received without authorization.
  • If final sale items.
  • If items purchased on promotion at 20% off or more.
  • If products received in a condition other than their original condition and the original pack.
  • If products without their tags attached.
  • If products that are marked or damaged in any way.
  • If products that lack original accessories.
  • If products are custom products (scale are provided by the buyer and then customized.
  • If the reason for the return is the darkening of the brass edging. It is a natural process for copper alloys. To learn more click the LINK

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY:

  • International shipping delays.
  • Customs duties or taxes fees.
  • We will not be responsible if your package got send back due to customs duty unpaid.
